- 3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
- 4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
- 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
- 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method… No Exceptions.
- 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

All returns are subjected to 10% restocking fees + shipping cost.
- Request a RMA number via e-mail ([email protected]) or call 1.800.883.0368 (770.441.9808). Once you have been assigned the RMA number, it will be valid for only 14 days.
- Complete and enclose the form with your package.
- Please write RMA number clearly on the shipping label (If you do not have a shipping label, you can purchase one at your nearest office supply or shipping store.) Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the package.
- If the order is “Free Shipping”, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
- If the order is “NOT” Free Shipping, we will not refund you the shipping cost when the product returns.
- Return packages prepaid and use a secure shipping method as Pro Therapy Supplies is not responsible for loss or damage of the product. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. All packages received without a pre-assigned RMA number shown on the label will be refused. If the package is damaged during shipping, it will be refused. All claims for incomplete, defective, products and/or missing accessories must be made within 5 days of merchandise being received.
Our return policy begins the moment you receive your package at your doorstep. Any returned items must be returned to PTS packaged in a manner that protects the product. Returning an item to PTS is the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be made at the exchange rate at the time of purchase and will include any tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
- Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Friday after 4pm or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You may cancel your order at no additional fee prior to your order being fulfilled. If you choose to cancel your order, you have a short window to cancel before your order researches our fulfillment team. Due to Pro Therapy Supplies (PTS) having most of the items in stock, the window for order cancelations is very short. If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged for the order, customs tariffs, taxes and shipping fees.
